Role: Store Assistant

The bound team is growing & the brand is shifting gears!
Over the last few years we have hosted weekend long pop-up events and sample sales, however we are now going to be opening a semi-permanent store right in the heart of Manchester.
As a Manchester based brand our home city means the world to us, in opening this store we want to create a space for our community to come and shop our collections IRL, to understand the quality & fit of our products. We are beyond excited to be opening the store & are looking to bring in a team to be ambassadors for our brand.
We are looking to bring in passionate store assistants to support all customers and provide exceptional customer journey to every visitor of our central Manchester based store. If you are interested in joining our team & becoming one of the first ever Store Assistants for bound then this is the role for you.
What you will do:
- Work closely with our Store manager to provide a best in class customer experience.
- Be an expert in all bound products and able to give customers all information needed to get the perfect product.
- Be an ambassador of the bound brand
- Maintain high store standards & organisation of stock room
- Accurately handle all transactions and returns process.

- Have experience working in other fashion based retail roles.

- Are an exceptional communicator.
Eligibility:
- You must be legally authorised to work in the country in the UK.
- You must be over the age of 18 years old.
- Must be able to prove Right to Work and any evidence related to this.
- You must also be able to travel to the store in which you work.
Availability:
You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays and non-business hours.
